We therefor advise clients not to rely on traditional consulting services! ...especially not on those who offer ‚off-the-shelf‘ answers and solutions.
Our approach is proactive and systemic! Traditional consulting is reactive and systematic.
The problems of most organisations are self-created! Mostly, organisational problems are not related to external factors like the market, but can be found in the internal resistance towards change and adaptation to internal and external conditions.
Organisations know best the answer to their problems! Solutions and answers to challenges have to be developed internally, and not outside of the organisation. However, organisations often fail to develop and to agree on a joint systemic perspective. This is crucial for the co-ordinated action of the entire organisation – the key to organisational effectiveness.
