| The Institute for Leadership and Human Resources (IFPM) is mainly focussing on the Strategic Development, Human Orientation and Economic Foundation of Leadership, Board- and HR-Management. It stands on the following three pillars: Practice (through Consulting and Executive Education), Science (through Research, Development of Academic Talent as well as Publications) and Teaching (of Bachelor and Master-Students as well as Postgraduates and Doctoral Students). The institute is an integral part of the University of St. Gallen. With its focus on management, economics, law and international relations the University of St. Gallen is one of Europe’s leading universities in its field. It is guided by an integrative view of business, economics, law and social sciences. Located in Switzerland it has a student body of 4500, and a faculty of over 300. It offers Bachelor-, Master- and Ph.D. programs as well as continuous education programs such as full-time and executive MBAs. Its alumni-organisation has 14’000 members all over the world. |
