Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management, University of St. Gallen
The Institute for Leadership and Human Resources (IFPM) is mainly focussing on the Strategic Development, Human Orientation and Economic Foundation of Leadership, Board- and HR-Management. It stands on the following three pillars: Practice (through Consulting and Executive Education), Science (through Research, Development of Academic Talent as well as Publications) and Teaching (of Bachelor and Master-Students as well as Postgraduates and Doctoral Students). The institute is an integral part of the University of St. Gallen. With its focus on management, economics, law and international relations the University of St. Gallen is one of Europe’s leading universities in its field. It is guided by an integrative view of business, economics, law and social sciences. Located in Switzerland it has a student body of 4500, and a faculty of over 300. It offers Bachelor-, Master- and Ph.D. programs as well as continuous education programs such as full-time and executive MBAs. Its alumni-organisation has 14’000 members all over the world.

German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence
Founded in 1988, DFKI today is one of the largest non-profit contract research institutes in the field of innovative software technology based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) methods. DFKI is focusing on the complete cycle of innovation - from world-class basic research and technology development through leading-edge demonstrators and prototypes to product functions and commercialisation. Based in Kaiserslautern and Saarbrücken, the DFKI ranks among the major centres of excellence worldwide. Research at DFKI uses AI as a key component to provide intelligent and distributed cross-hierarchy and cross-company knowledge networking services to interweave personal knowledge spaces into evolutionary organizational memories. The DFKE is an important partner in a Sino-German High-Tech Olympic Project for the Olympic Games 2008 in Beijing. The goal of the project is to develop a multilingual information services system which anybody at any time and in any place related to the Olympics can enjoy in a secure, convenient, swift and efficient manner.

The TRANS4M Center for Social Innovation, Geneva, is a research and education based organisation with a specific focus on Social Innovation and Transformation Management which has developed one of the most innovative approaches in this field.

SOL Society of Organisational Learning
SoL, the Society for Organizational Learning, is an intentional learning community composed of organizations, individuals, and local SoL communities around the world. SoL is a not-for-profit, member-governed corporation. SoL was created to connect corporations and organizations, researchers and consultants to generate knowledge about and capacity for fundamental innovation and change by engaging in collaborative action inquiry projects. The society was formed in April of 1997 to continue the work of MIT's Center for Organizational Learning (1991-1997). Peter Senge, author of the The Fifth Discipline: the Art and Practice of the Learning Organization is the founding Chairman of SoL.

World Business Academy
The World Business Academy is founded on the understanding that business is the dominant institution in society today and the one most capable of responding to rapid change. As such, business must adopt a new tradition of responsibility for the whole. It must do this by defining business interests within the wider perspective of society in order to create a positive and sustainable future. The Academy’s mission is to explore and clarify the fundamental paradigm shifts underway globally. Its goal is to enable Academy Members to integrate this knowledge into their lives and business practices and to disseminate it into the world to rekindle the human spirit in business.
