Dr. Alexander Schieffer, Germany Alexander Schieffer is founder and managing partner of CELL. After he studied at the Unviersity of St. Gallen, Switzerland, where he also did his doctorate on 'Leadership Personalities' he worked in various positions in international organisations. For many years he headed a publishing company in Singapore which he had co-founded and self-financed with his business partner.

Prof. Dr. Ronnie Lessem, UK Ronnie Lessem, an Afro-European and a graduate of Harvard Business School and the London School of Economics, is a Director of the Trans-cultural Centre and Trans-cultural Programmes at the University of Buckingham in the UK. In earlier years he ran the family businesses (textile) in Zimbabwe. Lessem is also the author of more than 20 books in the field of leadership, transformation and transcultural management.

Dr. Christoph Maier, Germany / South Africa Christoph Maier is an entrepreneurial academic and an academic entrepreneur. He is the owner and executive director of several textile companies in Europe. Maier studied at the Universität of St. Gallen, Switzerland, wrote a highly acclaimed doctorate on 'Leading Diversity' and lectures at the WITS Business School in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Prof. Dr. Andreas Dengel, Germany Andreas Dengel is Scientific Director at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI GmbH) and head of the Knowledge Management research department there. Besides a large number of other internatonal positions, Andreas Dengel is also founder or initiator of several successful start-up companies.
